ibn kather writes in his book al-bidaya wa nihaya

حديث آخر روي من حديث أبي بكر الصديق وعمر وعثمان بن عفان وعبد الله بن مسعود ومعاذ بن جبل وعمران بن حصين وأنس وثوبان وعائشة وأبي ذر وجابر أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ” النظر إلى وجه علي عبادة ” وفي حديث عن عائشة ” ذكر علي عبادة ” ولكن لا يصح شئ منها فإنه لا يخلو كل سند منها عن كذاب أو مجهول لا يعرف حاله وهو شيعي.

the last hadeeth is narrated from abu bakar (1), umar (2), uthman (3), abdullah bin masood (4), muad bin jabal (5), imran bin hasin (6), anas (7), thoban (8), ayesha (9), abu dhar (10), and jabir (11) that prophet asws said looking at ali is ibadaat; and in the hadeeth from ayesha: doing dhikar of ali is ibaadat.

but none of these are sahih, and in all of isnaad either there is a liar, or majhool whom we do not know about and he is shia

so, i ll like to give some comments

first, we see that this narration is narrated by 11 companions, and this is a huge number

second, we will like to expose the truth of ibn kather,

as you can see, what i have highlighted in blue and red, he said that either there is a liar or majhool shia

now, let me ask nasibis about this chain

حدثنا محمد بن الحسين بن حميد بن الربيع ، ثنا محمد بن عبيد بن عتبة ، ثنا عبد الله بن سالم القزاز ، ثنا يحيى بن عيسى الرملي ، عن الأعمش ، عن إبراهيم عن علقمة ، عن عبد الله ، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

i say: can they tell us who is liar in this chain?

and who is that majhool shia in this chain?

i accept that there is a shia, but is he majhool?

yahya bin esa is a narrator of muslim, ibn hajar said he is sudooq, though he errs in taqreeb-ut-tehzeeb,

no where is he termed kaddab; or liar

from where did this nasibi get this news????
