imam hakim says in mustadarak

4681 – حدثنا دعلج بن أحمد السجزى ثنات علي بن عبد العزيز بن معاوية ثنا إبراهيم بن إسحاق الجعفي ثنا عبد الله بن عبد ربه العجلي ثنا شعبة عن قتادة عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن أبي سعيد الخدري عن عمران بن حصين قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم النظر إلى علي عبادة
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد و شواهده عن عبد الله بن مسعود صحيحة

imran bin hasin said: holy prophet said that looking at ali is ibaadat

this hadeeth is sahih in isnaad and is supported by that from (hadeeth narrated from) abdullah bin masood, and that is sahih

he mentions more ahadeeth and  says

4682 – حدثنا عبد الباقي بن قافع الحافظ ثنا صالح بن مقاتل بن صالح ثنا محمد بن عبد بن عتبة ثنا عبد الله بن محمد بن سالم ثنا يحيى بن عيسى الرملي عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن علقمة عن عبد الله قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : النظر إلى وجه علي عبادة
تابعه عمرو بن مرة عن إبراهيم النخعي

abdullah bin masood said: prophet asws said looking at face of ali is ibaadat

this is followed by that of arm bin marra from ibrahim bin nakhai

and which narration is he talking of?

he mentions next

he says:

4683 – حدثنا أبو بكر محمد بن يحيى القاري ثنا المسيب بن زهير الضبي ثنا عاصم بن علي ثنا المسعودي عن عمرو بن مرة عن إبراهيم عن علقمة عن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم النظر إلى وجه علي عبادة

abdullah bin masood said that holy prophet said that looking at face of ali is ibaadat

so, we see that hakim presented his argument very well,

in that, he started with a chain from imran bin hasin, which he presented first,and that was sahih as per him

and he supported it by another hadeeth from abdullah bin masood, so that if there is any weakness in the first chain, it is covered by that one, and he mentioned that it is also sahih

and in this second hadeeth, he quoted from a chain which ends by ibrahim-alqamma-abdullah bin masood

and he strengthened this chain by another one from amr bin marra, which joins at ibrahim-alqama-abdullah

what he is actually doing is that he is supporting his chains one after the other so that one does not deny it altogether, and we have already seen that scholars from sunni sect did accept that it is atleast hasan; rather they went on to say that it is a glory which none shared with mola ali asws.

but what will nasibis do?

simple, they will deny it altogether like what dhabi did
