so, first we see mishkat, vol 1, page 444-445, narration 1418

so, he terms the hadeeth from abi daood mursal, and he says that all the narrators thiqa, however he mentions that ibn juraij is mudalis as has been said by darqutni, and this chain comes to us with AN-AN fashion

now, as we can see that he is weakening the chain

he includes it in his sahih abi daood, vol 1, page 300, narration 1091; and terms it sahih
