Let me share a few ahadeeth in this regard. These narrations basically address two important points

1- That Muta’a with virgins require permission of Vali/Guardian

2- That it has been disliked, especially sexual relationship in such cases (which of course, needs permission of Vali)

Keep in mind that Muta’a with virgin has been termed “Disliked” or “Makrooh”

Like we find

.Hafs bin Bakhtari says that Imam Abu Abdullah said regarding a man who does muta’a with a virgin, it is makrooh as it is a defect for the family [1]

Allama Majlisi authenticated this narration as Hasan [2]

And in a similar narration, we find

Abd al-Malik b. `Amr. said: I asked Abu `Abdullah  about mut`a, so he said: Its affair is severe, so avoid the virgins. [3]

In regards to first point We mentioned before, we find Sheikh Sudooq writing

Imam Abu Abdullah asws said that a virgin girl who has a father, muta’a should not be done to her without permission of her father[4]

This narration has been authenticated as Sahih by Syed al-Khoi [5]

Similarly, we find in Wasail

Imam Raza asws said: do not do muta’a with a virgin except with permission of her father [6]

This narration has also been authenticated as Sahih by Syed al Khoi [7]

Mohaqiq Behraini also held the same opinion regarding authenticity of these two narrations [8]

Syed Sadiq Hussein Shirazi, a Grand Maraja, stated this in his Fatawa [9]

In case of Muta’a with a virgin, physical relations are disliked. Like we find

Ziyad bin abi Halal says that i heard Imam Abu Abdullah saying that there is no harm in doing muta’a with a virgin, but that virginity is not spoiled for the fear that it is defect for the family [10]

This narration has been authenticated as Sahih by al Majlisi [11]

And this narration is supported by another narration which says

2 – And from Ali bin Ibrahim from his father from Muhammad bin Abi Umair from Muhammad bin Abi Hamza from one of his companions from Abu Abdullah asws regarding whether the man marries the virgin in muta`a.  He said: There is no harm so long as does require [consummate with – in al-Kafi] her. To perform Mut’a with a virgin girl you must seek the permission of the girl’s father or guardian – as this is a prerequisite – even if you do not intend to engage in sex. If the father of the girl is dead, then you must seek the permission of the girl’s grandfather, or brother.

You must refrain from performing Mut’a with a virgin girl without the permission of the girl’s father/guardian.
