Ibn Hajr is one of the big guns of I’lm-ur-Rijal in view of AhluSunnah. While talking about a Narrator named Limaza bin Zabad, he says in Tehzeeb-ut-Tehzeeb, 8/457

Most of those who have been labelled as Nasibis, They were famous for their truth and following religion. This is contrary to those who have been termed Rafidis, as most of them were liars and careless in regards to Narrations. And Nasibis basically believed that Imam Ali had killed Uthan, and or helped those who killed him, so they presume that having grudge for him is religion. And add to this, there were those whose relatives were killed in fighting Imam Ali

He gave the following Opinion about Limaza bin Zabad in Taqreeb-ut-Tehzeeb, 1/464

As it can be seen, that He termed Him truthful Nasibi

Now, Bashar Awad Maroof did research upon Tehzeeb-ul-Kamal, and in His footnotes, We find in v 24, p 252

I say: How is this possible that one who is steadfast in enemity with Imam Ali, and speaks bad about him, He is following religion? and how is it that having Grudge for Imam Ali, and insulting him is religion? This statement does not suit Ibn Hajr. Whoever insults any of Sahaba, He is bida’ati and misguided. One cannot take evidence from him, and there is no glory for him.

On the next page, we find

Ibn Hajr said in Taqreeb: Truthful Nasibi. Bashar said: Nasibi is not Truthful, rather he is Weak/Daeef
