4 – حدثنا عبد الواحد بن محمد بن عبدوس النيسابوري رضي الله عنه قال حدثنا علي بن قتيبة عن الفضل بن شاذان قال: حدثني محمد بن أبي عمير انه سأل أبا الحسن عليه السلام عن حي على خير العمل لم تركت من الاذان؟ فقال تريد العلة الظاهرة أو الباطنة قلت أريدهما جميعا فقال: أما العلة الظاهرة فلئلا يدع الناس الجهاد اتكالا على الصلاة، واما الباطنة فان خير العمل الولاية فأراد من أمر بترك حي على خير العمل من الاذان ألا يقع حثا عليها ودعا إليها.

[7195] 2 ـ وقد تقدم حديث زرارة ، عن أبي جعفر ( عليه السلام ) قال : إذا قمت إلى الصلاة فلا تلصق قدمك بالاخرى ، ودع بينهما فصلاً إصبعاً أقل ذلك إلى شبر أكثره ، وأسدل منكبيك ، وأرسل يديك ، ولا تشبك أصابعك ، وليكونا على فخذيك قبالة ركبتيك ، وليكن نظرك إلى موضع سجودك ، فإذا ركعت فصف في ركوعك بين قدميك تجعل بينهما قدر شبر ، ولا تكفر فانما يفعل ذلك المجوس ، الحديث.

أقول : وتقدم ما يدل على ذلك ، ويأتي ما يدل عليه .

Prostrating on Nijis/Impure things in view of scholars of ahlusunnah

We, Shias are criticised for prostrating on Turbah/sajda gah/ soil. But interestingly, we find that scholars of ahlusunnah, including their Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa, allowed prostrating on dirty things including urine. Let us see some references

سعيد بن جبير الأسدي

الوالي مولاهم أبو محمد، ويقال أبو عبد الله، الكوفي المكي من أكابر أصحاب ابن عباس، كان من أئمة الإسلام في التفسير والفقه وأنواع العلوم وكثرة العمل الصالح، رحمه الله، وقد رأى خلقا من الصحابة، وروى عن جماعة منهم، وعنه خلق من التابعين، يقال إنه كان يقرأ القرآن في الصلاة فيما بين المغرب والعشاء ختمة تامة، وكان يقعد في الكعبة القعدة فيقرأ فيها الختمة، وربما قرأها في ركعة في جوف الكعبة، وروي عنه أنه ختم القرآن مرتين ونصفا في الصلاة في ليلة في الكعبة، وقال سفيان الثوري: عن عمرو بن ميمون، عن أبيه، قال: لقد مات سعيد بن جبير وما على وجه الأرض أحد إلا وهو محتاج إلى علمه.

Saeed bin Jubair…..One of the great companions of Ibn Abbas, he was an Imam of Islam in Tafsir, Fiqh, and many types of knowledge. He did a lot of good deeds. May Allah have mercy on him. He saw many amongst sahaba and narrated from a group of them; and a lot of tabaeen narrated from him……….Sufain thori said that Amr bin Maimoon from his father who said: When he died, there was none on Earth’s face who was not in need of him for knowledge

Agha Qazwini was asked:
Question : Is it true that Bukhari issued a fatwa claiming people can become “Mahram” to each other by drinking the milk of an animal?

Answer: All the Islamic scholars believe that if two children drink the milk of the same animal (being breastfed directly by the animal), they do not become Mahram. However Muhammad Ismail Bukhari, the author of the famous book of Sahih Bukhari believed if two children are breastfed from the same sheep, they become mahram to each other and all the laws between two Mahram people applies to them.
